I really enjoyed my stay at The Spencer Hotel in Dublin. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, though there were issues with noise during my stay. Overall, I felt it was a great value for this part of town.

Rooms

I stayed in a room with a nice terrace, but unfortunately, I faced a lot of noise from ongoing renovations. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were nice, especially the White Company toiletries. Despite the noise issue, I appreciated the cleanliness of the room.
Service
8.0
The staff were fantastic, especially Anuta at the front desk. They were accommodating when I raised concerns about the noise, but I didn't receive the promised compensation, which was disappointing.
Location

The hotel is situated conveniently close to Grafton Street and attractions like the 3 Arena. It's a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy the bustling Dublin atmosphere while still being far enough from the most chaotic areas.
Dining

I had breakfast at the hotel, and there were plenty of delicious options to choose from. I loved the green detox smoothie, though I wished for more vegetarian options. The dining experience at the East restaurant was enjoyable, even with a busy bar atmosphere.
Facilities
8.0
The fitness center was impressive, and I appreciated the quality of the health club facilities. However, I didn't get a chance to use the pool or spa facilities. The ambiance in the bar area was lively, which added to the overall experience.

I had a pretty decent stay overall at The Spencer Hotel. The location is super convenient for exploring Dublin, and the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, I did face some hiccups, like noisy renovations and some mix-ups with the late checkout that were a bit frustrating.

Rooms
7.0
My room was modern and spacious, although it was a little cold when I checked in. The beds were comfy, but I found out the standard double room has two beds pushed together, which might be a bit awkward for couples.
Service
6.0
The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, but I had a letdown with the late checkout promise that didn’t pan out. Also, my room didn’t have some essential supplies when I checked in, which was annoying.

The location is superb! It's close to the city center and attractions, making it easy to explore. Plus, it's right near public transport, which is a big plus for tourists.
Dining

I enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the fresh pastries. It was above average for a hotel, really. The in-house dining also looked appealing, but I didn't get to try it this time.
Facilities

The gym and spa facilities are really nice. I loved that the health club is well-organized and kept clean. The pool and sauna were highlights too, though I wished the operating hours were longer!

I had a good stay at The Spencer Hotel in Dublin overall. The rooms were clean, and the location was perfect for accessing the city’s attractions. However, I encountered some issues with the air conditioning and the bar’s limited food hours, which detracted from my experience. Despite these drawbacks, I would happily return due to the hotel's ambiance and staff service. 😊

My stay at The Spencer Hotel was overall very pleasant. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to many attractions, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, the room rates felt a bit high compared to other cities in Europe, and there were minor issues like slow breakfast service. Despite this, the modern amenities and vibrant bar made for an enjoyable experience.
